About Me

I have been a resident of Bradford County for over 40 years. I am licensed in both Pennsylvania & New York. I am very familiar with all areas of our beautiful county as well as  the neighboring counties of Sullivan, Wyoming, Susquehanna & Tioga. I have sold properties in seven counties in Pennsylvania and in three counties in southern New York.

After a career in education that spanned 30 years I decided to enter the exciting field of Real Estate. I have earned various designations in Real Estate to better serve my clients: ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate of the Realtor's Institute), SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist), and AHWD (At Home with Diversity-One America). I also have the following certifications: MRP (Military Relocation Professional), e-PRO & SFR (Short Sales & Foreclosure Specialist).

As an active member of my local Board of Realtors I have served on the Board of Directors, on numerous committees including Professional Standards and have held every officer position. At the state level (the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors) I am a PAR Director, served as Chair of the Convention Committee in 2016 and have been on two Strategic Planning Task Forces. At the national (the National Association of Realtors) I have been serving on committees for the last five years. 

I am proud to say that I have joined the Howard Hanna family in January 2016 (after 11 1/2 years with my previous company).
